As this journal is the official journal of NSSA, we should continuously try to keep the standards high and to ensure that it remains a journal of excellence. John Pettifor and Johann Jerling are the representatives of the NSSA to the SAJCN Management Committee and members are encouraged to make use of them with any suggestions to improve the journal.
A meeting was held with the British Nutrition Society at the 2005 IUNS Congress in Durban, and it was agreed that Nutrition Society members would be able to obtain internet copies of the British Nutrition Society Journals online for a fee less than that of a non-member.
